How it works

  1. You send us the quote. Forward the email, or WhatsApp us a photo of it with the customer's name and number. That's the whole of your job.
  2. We chase the customer. A polite text on day 2, a phone call on day 5, a last text on day 10. Friendly, in your name, never pushy.
  3. You get an answer. A yes (with a date they want you), a no (with the reason), or a question you need to answer. Nothing sits in limbo.

The rules we work to

We never discount your price. If a customer wants a cheaper number, that comes back to you as a question, not a decision.

Three touches, then we stop. Nobody gets hounded. Silence after the third touch is logged as a no, and you'll know.

We chase in your name. The customer hears "I'm calling on behalf of Dave at Dave's Plumbing". They never hear ours.

We don't sell cars. If you got here looking for a car supermarket, that's not us – we chase quotes for tradespeople.

Straight questions

What trades is this for?
Anyone who quotes and then waits: plumbers, electricians, heating engineers, roofers, builders, landscapers, decorators, kitchen fitters.
What if the customer asks something I need to answer?
We text you the question. You reply to us, we go back to them. You never have to ring the customer unless you want to.
Do I have to change how I quote?
No. Keep quoting however you do now. Just forward us a copy.
Who is behind this?
Trade Centre Sales is a trading name of Johannson Limited, a UK company trading since 2011. Real people in the UK make the calls.
What happens to the customer's details?
Used only to chase that quote, then deleted after 90 days. We never sell or share them.
